Terms of Service

We provide AI education and coaching programs, and advertising products. Own Your AI is a one-on-one coaching program in which we teach you to build and run AI systems in your own business. The Vibe Circle is a paid membership community where we teach AI workflow basics. The Local Vibe is a co-op direct-mail advertising service: you purchase an advertising placement (an ad slot, and optionally a sponsor placement or a Community Directory listing) on a shared postcard mailed via USPS Every Door Direct Mail to households in a selected Staten Island area. The AI Ad Builder is a self-serve tool you use to design your own ad; you direct it, you review the output, and you approve what gets printed. We are providing education services and advertising placement services, not selling tangible goods.

Own Your AI is a nine-week, one-on-one coaching and education program. Enrollment is by application: you apply, we hold a fit call, and enrollment is confirmed when we agree on a start date and you pay the fees quoted to you during enrollment. A deposit reserves your start date; any remaining balance is due as agreed at enrollment.

Satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the program, tell us in writing and we will refund your deposit. The deposit is the maximum amount covered by this guarantee.

The program is education and coaching: we build systems in your business with you, and you own and operate what we build together, including after the program ends. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and systems in your business, including compliance with laws that apply to your industry. The program is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue outcome, or time savings.

Third-party tools and services used in your systems (for example AI model providers) are governed by their own terms and fees, which are yours to maintain after the program.

Program readiness and equipment: the program requires a computer that can run the standard tools we set up together (a current web browser, a note application, and an AI assistant account in your own name). We confirm readiness on the kickoff call. If your computer cannot run these tools, we pause your start until it is resolved rather than running sessions that cannot work; the schedule shifts with the pause, and your deposit and the satisfaction guarantee are unaffected by it. Subscriptions for tools in your own name, your equipment, and any repair or replacement your equipment needs are purchased and maintained by you. Systems we build may also carry small third-party tool or usage fees in your own accounts; we discuss any such cost with you before it is incurred.

Working sessions, including the kickoff call, may be recorded, including with AI note-taking tools, for internal purposes only: our notes, quality, and continuity between sessions. Recordings are never published or shared outside the program.

The Vibe Circle is our membership community, hosted on the Skool platform. Membership is billed at the price posted on the community page through the platform's payment system, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the period you have already paid for. Live calls, lessons, and templates are provided for your own business use and may not be resold or redistributed. We may remove members who violate basic community standards (harassment, spam, harmful content); the community is subject to Skool's own platform terms as well.

Prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Reserving a slot holds it for a limited time; the placement is confirmed only when payment completes. Ad slots, sponsor placements, and Community Directory listings are sold as a bundled advertising service and are not sold as standalone tangible items.

You design your ad with the AI Ad Builder or by uploading your own finished artwork. When you approve a proof, that approval is the point of no return for that print run:

Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval. Savino Marketing cannot be held liable for errors discovered after approval; jobs sent to press cannot be altered.

You may continue to revise your ad for up to 7 days after first approval or until the card's print deadline, whichever comes first, after which it locks for printing. Please review spelling, phone numbers, offers, dates, and artwork carefully before approving.

You are responsible for the content of your ad, including any claims, offers, prices, logos, images, and text. By submitting content (including anything you upload or generate with the AI Ad Builder), you represent that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it is truthful and not misleading.

You keep ownership of your own logos and source materials. For the finished ad created for your placement, we grant you the right to use it for your own marketing. We may display finished ads and anonymized examples of work as portfolio and promotional material; tell us in writing if you prefer we don't feature your ad.

Ads must comply with applicable law and USPS mailing standards and must not be deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. We screen submissions and may decline or request changes to any content at our discretion. Because the product is a printed piece mailed to households, we may refuse content we cannot verify is safe.

Full refund, no questions asked, any time before your card's print deadline (the deadline is shown in your Ad Builder and in your confirmation email). If we ever fail to mail your card, your refund is automatic. Once the print deadline passes and the card is committed to the printer, the placement has been produced and fees are non-refundable. We do not guarantee any particular response rate, call volume, or business result from an advertising placement.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savino Marketing's total liability for any claim relating to a program, membership, or placement is limited to the amount you paid for that program, membership, or placement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Savino Marketing harmless from claims arising out of your ad content, your offers, your use of systems built during a program, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
